Students of Undergraduate Third Semester (Session 2024–28) are hereby informed that their Third Semester Examination Form will be filled online from 30-03-2026 to 01-04-2026 without late fee.

Instructions for filling the examination form:

(a) First, students must visit the college website www.goenkacollege.org and log in using the User ID and Password provided at the time of registration.

Note:
1. Your User ID is your Application Number provided by the university. If you do not have your password, use the "Forget Password" option to retrieve it.
2. Only those students can fill the examination form whose registration has been completed properly and who have earned a total of 28 credits in First and Second Semester combined.
3. Only those students can fill the examination form who have appeared in the MID-TERM examination.

(b) After logging in, students should go to the Fill Examination Form menu. No data needs to be entered manually on this page. Previously filled data will be considered valid.

(c) After saving the data, students should proceed to pay the examination fee.

(d) After payment, students must submit a printed copy of their examination form along with the following documents at the college:

== Online payment receipt
== Registration slip/receipt
== One copy of marksheets of First and Second Semester
== APAAR ID

Special Note: Students must keep one copy of the filled examination form for themselves and submit one copy to the college in person only. If any student fills the form online but does not submit it to the college, their form will not be considered valid, and the college administration will not be responsible for non-issuance of the admit card.
