All newly admitted Semester I students of this College (B.A., B.Sc. and B.Com. Major) for the Academic Session 2026–27 are hereby informed that the following programmes have been scheduled. All students are directed to be present accordingly.

1. Departmental Orientation: The Departmental Orientation Programme for all Semester I students will be held on 2nd July, 2026 (Thursday) from 10:30 A.M. onwards. Students are required to report to their respective Departments at the scheduled time

2. Institutional Facility Orientation (for Humanities Departments only): An orientation covering the College’s institutional facilities — Library, Language Lab, Central Office & Gymnasium, Folk Museum, and Medical Unit / Girls & Boys Common Room — will be conducted for students of the Humanities Departments from 3rd July, 2026 to 8th July, 2026, strictly as per the detailed batch-wise schedule already circulated / to be circulated separately to the respective Departments. Students must adhere to their allotted batch, date, and time slots

3. Commencement of Classes (Science, Physical Education, NCC & Commerce Departments): Regular classes for all Semester I students of Science, Humanities, and Commerce Departments will commence as per the following daily schedule, from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.:

All concerned students, Heads of Departments, and faculty members are requested to take note of the above schedule and extend full cooperation for the smooth conduct of the orientation and class commencement programmes.
