Applications for admission to the first year degree class in the science stream are invited from MALE candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary / Equivalent Exam in the year – 2025 or 2024 or 2023 as REGULAR CANDIDATES. Application form will be available online (www.rkmvccrahara.org) from 08.05.2025 to 10.06.2025 on payment of Rs. 300/- online + extra Bank Charges further processing. A candidate must apply separately for each subject as per the eligibility criterion given below.

    • Must have passed H.S./Eqv. Exam. in 2025/2024/2023 and
    • Passed in four recognized subjects
    • Must have passed in each subject of the combination of subjects chosen by him for the degree course of study.

  • Out of seven combinations available, a candidate may apply in each course separately provided he is eligible to apply for those courses. No change in preference for selection of a course will be allowed later on.
  • ADMISSION TEST :
    All candidates have to appear in admission test. The tests schedule is given below. No candidate will be allowed to take admission test without production of the Admit Card.

    All subjects of admission test are of 25 M.C.Q.
    Duration of test is 1 Hr.

    Students must bring their admit card and the copy of online payment receipt (proof of the submission of fees) on the dates of the Written Test. If any student fails to show the said two documents, his candidature is liable to be rejected.

  • OTHER MATTER:
    • APPLICATION FORMS WITH INCORRECT DATA WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
    • THERE IS NO HOSTEL FACILITY. CANDIDATES REQUIRING ACCOMMODATION MAY CONTACT THE RAMAKRISHNA MISSION CALCUTTA STUDENTS' HOME, BELGHARIA. STUDENTS USUALLY STAY IN THE NEARBY MESS OUTSIDE THE COLLEGE CAMPUS.
    • PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION ARE ASKED TO SUBMIT THE PRINT-OUT OF THE ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM, PROOF OF THE PAYMENT OF RS.300/- & ADMISSION FEES AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS DURING THEIR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS IN THE COLLEGE.
  • TENTATIVE DATE of publication of LIST of eligible candidates for COUNSELLING-cum-ADMISSION: 18-06-2025 at 2.00 p.m.
  • List of Eligible candidates for COUNSELLING Cum ADMISSION:
    • For each combination of subjects there will be a separate list.
    • In each list the names of candidates eligible for ADMISSION will be displayed.
    • The names arranged in the list will indicate Merit Position of any eligible candidate.
    • Mere appearing of the name in the list does not guarantee the admission of the candidate.
  • The applicant accompanied with his father / legal guardian should report for PHYSICAL VERIFICATION of documents punctually at the time and date as indicated in the published list.
  • A list of provisionally selected candidates based on MERIT will be displayed on the website and the selected candidates should be ready to get themselves admitted by depositing fees (through online mode), etc failing which they may lose their candidature and the same will be filled-up from the next eligible candidates.
  • The provisional merit list of the candidate is based on the basis of :
