While registering, candidates must ensure that they use only their own—or their father's/mother's—email address and mobile number, as all information related to the registration process will be sent to that specific email address and mobile number. To verify the mobile number and email address provided by the candidate, separate verification codes will be sent to both; the candidate must enter these verification codes during the registration process to complete the verification. Once the mobile number and email address have been verified and the registration is successfully completed, no changes to the mobile number or email address will be permitted under any circumstances throughout the entire session. Subsequently, to fully complete and submit their online application, candidates must log in to their account by entering their Registration Number and the password they created during the registration process, clicking the "Sign In" button, and proceeding to complete the remaining steps. Candidates are advised to keep the password they created during registration strictly confidential; otherwise, the Board shall not be held liable for any issues or complications that may arise.
  • Step-Two (Multi-Step Application Form):
    • Personal Information: After successfully registering and logging back into your account, fully complete the required entries related to Personal Information on the computer screen, and then click the "Save & Continue" button.
    • Contact Details: After filling in their Personal Information, candidates should enter their permanent and correspondence address details (Contact Details) on the computer screen as required, and then click on the "Save & Continue" button.
    • Educational Information: After filling in the Contact Details, candidates should enter their educational information on the computer screen as required, and then click on the "Save & Continue" button.
    • Upload Photo & Signature: After filling in the Educational Information, candidates must scan their high-contrast, color passport-sized photograph and their signature (in either Hindi or English) in accordance with the instructions displayed on the computer screen, and upload them to the designated section. It is mandatory to use a photograph taken while holding a placard (clearly displaying the applicant's name and the date on which the photograph was taken). Additionally, while filling out the application form, candidates are required to upload a live photograph of themselves.

After uploading the photograph, signature, and live photograph to the designated sections, click on the "Save & Continue" button. If, upon previewing the filled application form, all details are found to be correct, the candidate should provide their Declaration and click the "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button to complete the process of depositing the examination/counseling fee, as outlined in Step-Four. If a candidate proceeds to "Final Submit" their fully filled application data but fails to deposit the examination/counseling fee, their application will be deemed incomplete and will subsequently be rejected.
  • Step-Four (Payment of Examination / Counselling Fee):
After reviewing the preview of all entries filled in by the candidate and submitting the form, click on the "Payment of Examination / Counselling Fee" button and complete the payment process by following the instructions for paying the examination fee displayed on the computer screen. The submitted examination / counselling fee is non-refundable.

The procedures for depositing the examination fee are as follows:
    • Online Payment: If candidates wish to pay the examination fee online—specifically via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking—they must select the 'Online' option from the 'Payment Mode' displayed on the computer screen and proceed with the payment using their preferred method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking). Any additional charges (processing fees) incurred during the submission of the examination fee must be borne by the candidates themselves.
    • The necessary details regarding the payment of the examination fee via the aforementioned methods are as follows:
Candidates belonging to the General, Economically Weaker Sections, Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Persons with Disabilities categories are required to pay an amount of ₹2,200 (Two Thousand Two Hundred Rupees) as the examination fee.
    Note:
    1) If the amount paid as the Examination/Counselling fee is debited from your account but the fee payment subsequently fails, you must re-submit the required fee payment. If you do not re-pay the Examination/Counselling fee within the stipulated time, your application form will remain incomplete, and you will no longer be eligible for this Examination/Counselling. The amount debited for the failed transaction will be automatically refunded to your bank account.
    2) To resolve any difficulties or inconveniences related to the payment of the Examination/Counselling fee, you may contact the authorities via email at the ID provided on the online application portal bangalorepgsd@billdesk.com or by calling the Helpdesk phone number: 0612-2220230.
  • Step-Five (Download Confirmation Page & Fee Receipt):
Upon making the payment by the date and time stipulated by the Council, candidates must download and print a copy of the Confirmation Page of their submitted application form, along with the Fee Receipt, and retain them securely. This is because these documents contain all the details entered by you, as well as the Registration Number issued by the Council, which may be required for use during the counseling process or at a future date.
    Note:
    • There is no need to send the Confirmation Page of the downloaded Application Form to the Council Office. It is mandatory to present this form to the Council at the time of counseling; therefore, candidates are advised to keep this form safe.
    • Once all the aforementioned procedures have been completed and the Online Application Form has been finally submitted, there is no provision for making any changes or modifications to the Application Form.
    • Candidates are requested to note that once the Application Form has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, nor will any request for a refund or chargeback of the submitted examination fee be entertained.
    • The Council shall not be held responsible for any disruptions related to the internet, postal services, or banking operations. Therefore, candidates are advised not to wait until the last dates but to complete all procedures well in advance.
    • If, after submitting the Online Application Form, an applicant discovers that an error has occurred while filling out the form—specifically regarding the entry of information, or the uploading of a photograph or signature—they will be provided an opportunity to edit and rectify the same from May 10, 2026 to May 11, 2026.
    • Only those candidates who have fully completed their Online Application Form and successfully deposited the examination fee by the stipulated deadline are eligible to make corrections (edit) to their Online Application Form.
