Start of the portal for applying for Verification of Issues Observed and Re-evaluation of questions

This is in continuation of Notices dated 15.05.2026 and 17.05.2026, wherein the schedule for Post Result Declaration Facilities was informed.

The extended date for application for obtaining scanned copy of answer book was 25.05.2026 (Midnight). The portal for applying for Verification of Issues observed in supplied scanned copy of answer book and Re-evaluation of questions shall be operationalized as per given details:-

Candidates are advised to adhere to the revised timeline and submit applications accordingly. All terms and conditions mentioned in the earlier notices remain unchanged. Link to access the facility is https://postresult.cbseit.in/pvr/ . Details regarding how to apply are annexed.

How to Apply: A Guide for the Students

Kindly refer to the Notice No. CBSE/Coord/PRDF/Class–XII/2025-26 dated 15.05.2026 for Post Result Declaration Facilities to the Students of Class XII.

In 2026, the following facilities are being extended to the students after declaration of results:-

Stage-1 is already over and now stage-2 will commence. To guide the students, the following instructions are being issued:-

1. Students can avail verification of issue(s) observed in supplied scanned copy of answer book,(if any) and re-evaluation of answer(s) if not satisfied with the evaluation.
2. This facility can only be availed by the students who have obtained scanned copy of their evaluated answer book(s).
3. First they will log on to their account on CBSE website- https://postresult.cbseit.in/pvr/ .
4. Once logged in, as per their choice they can select the facility or facilities they desire to apply for.

5. In verification of issues observed in supplied scanned copy of answer book, request can be made for resolution of any of the following issues:-
   • Missing Pages
   • Missing Supplementary Sheet(s)
   • Missing Map(s) or Graph(s)
   • Blurred pages
   • Answer-book of some other student
   • Answer-book evaluated against marking scheme of different set
6. You may also select one or more facility out of the above. These facilities could also be availed for one or more subjects whose scanned copies were obtained.

7. Application on website will guide you as you apply.
8. Please ensure you have selected all issues for verification across all subjects before submitting your application.
9. Once you will finish your application, you will be asked to submit your application and then shifted to payment gateway for making the payment. Once, your payment is successful, your application will be considered as submitted successfully.
10. You can submit only one application for verification.

Stage-2 (ii)

11. You are also allowed to make a request for re-evaluation of questions.
12. You may select the re-evaluation facility in the application.
13. In this facility, you may request for re-evaluation of 01 or more questions. Also, you may choose one or more subjects.
14. You are requested to provide all desired information in the application.
15. Application on website will guide you as you apply.
16. Please ensure you have selected all questions for re-evaluation across all subjects before submitting your application.
17. Once you will finish your application, you will be asked to submit your application and then shifted to payment gateway for making the payment. Once, your payment is successful, your application will be considered as submitted successfully.
18. You can submit only one application for re-evaluation.

General Guidelines

1. The complete process for making a request and payment of the processing fee is “Online”. No application after the scheduled date and time and offline mode will be accepted.
2. The fee can only be deposited online (UPI/Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking). Fee shall not be accepted through Postal Order/DD/Money order/Cheque/Cash etc.
3. Only one application each for verification/re-evaluation will be accepted in the online process. The candidate must decide in advance whether he/she has to apply for one subject or multiple subjects.

An appropriate action will be taken by CBSE on your request and decision taken will be communicated after process is over.
