Candidates intending to appear for DCECE (PE/PMM/PM)-2026 may download the Prospectus from the Board's website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. To fill out the online application, candidates must visit the aforementioned website of the Board, click on the "Online Portal of DCECE (PE/PMM/PM)-2026" link, and then click on the "New Registration" button. Subsequently, candidates are advised to carefully read and thoroughly understand the instructions displayed for filling out the application form.
  • Step-One (Registration):
For registration for this examination, candidates must accurately fill in all required information within the application form displayed on the computer screen under Step-One. While registering, candidates must ensure that they use only their own email address and mobile number—or those of their father or mother—as all information related to the registration process will be sent to that specific email address and mobile number. To verify the mobile number and email address provided by the candidate, separate verification codes will be sent to both; the candidate must enter these verification codes during the registration process to complete the verification. Once the mobile number and email address have been verified and the registration is successfully completed, no changes to the mobile number or email address will be permitted under any circumstances throughout the entire academic session. Upon successful registration, the candidate will receive a notification confirming the successful completion of the process on their registered mobile number and email address; this notification will include their unique Registration Number. Subsequently, to fully complete and submit their online application, candidates must log in to their account by entering their Registration Number and the password they created during the registration process, clicking the "Sign In" button, and proceeding to complete the remaining steps. Candidates are advised to keep the password they created during registration strictly confidential; otherwise, the Board shall not be held liable for any issues or complications that may arise.
  • Step-Two (Multi-Step Application Form):
    (a) Apply for Course Group:
After successfully registering and logging back into your account, click on the "Apply for Course Group" button/link displayed on the computer screen; select one or more Course Groups based on your eligibility, and then click the "Save & Continue" button.

After selecting the Course Group, fill in all the required entries related to Personal Information on the computer screen, and then click the "Save & Continue" button.

    (c) Contact Details:
After filling in Personal Information, the candidate must fill in the details regarding their Permanent and Correspondence Addresses (Contact Details) on the computer screen as required, and then click the "Save & Continue" button.

    (d) Educational Information:
After filling in Contact Details, the candidate must fill in the details regarding their Educational Qualifications (Educational Information) on the computer screen as required, and then click the "Save & Continue" button.

    (e) Upload Photo & Signature:
After filling in Educational Information, the candidate must scan a high-contrast, color passport-sized photograph and their signature (in Hindi or English) in accordance with the instructions provided on the computer screen, and upload them to the designated section. It is mandatory to use a photograph taken while holding a placard (clearly displaying the applicant's name and the date on which the photo was taken). Additionally, while filling out the application form, the candidate is required to upload a live photograph of themselves.
After uploading the photograph, signature, and live photograph to the designated sections, click the "Save & Continue" button. Detailed information regarding the uploading of the photograph and Hindi/English signature, as well as the capturing and uploading of the live photograph, is available on the Application Portal.
  • Step Three (Application Preview & Final Submission):
Candidates must thoroughly review the information provided in Step One and Step Two. If, during this review process, any information or entry within the filled-out form for any specific step is found to be incorrect, the candidate should click the "Back to Edit" button to correct the information/entry, and then click the "Save & Continue" button to ensure that the updated details are successfully saved.

After previewing the filled application form, if all details are found to be correct, please provide your Declaration and click on the "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button to complete the process of depositing the examination/counseling fee, as outlined in Step-Four. If an applicant submits the fully filled data but fails to deposit the examination/counseling fee, their application will be deemed incomplete and subsequently rejected.

After reviewing the preview of all entries filled in by the candidate and submitting the form, click on the "Payment of Examination / Counselling Fee" button and complete the payment process by following the instructions for paying the examination fee displayed on the computer screen. The submitted examination/counselling fee is non-refundable.
