-
Step-One (Registration):
For registration for this examination, the candidate must accurately fill in all required information within the application form displayed on the computer screen under Step-One. While registering, candidates must ensure that they use only their own email address and mobile number—or those of their parents—as all information related to the registration process will be sent to that specific email address and mobile number. To verify the mobile number and email address provided by the candidate, separate verification codes will be sent to both; the candidate must enter these codes during the registration process to complete the verification. Once the mobile number and email have been verified, and the registration has been successfully completed, neither the mobile number nor the email address can be changed under any circumstances. Upon successful registration, a notification confirming the successful completion of the process—including the candidate's unique Registration Number—will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address. Subsequently, the candidate must log in to their account by entering their Registration Number and the password created during the registration process, and then clicking the "Sign In" button. Candidates are advised to keep the password created during registration secure; otherwise, the Board shall not be held responsible for any issues or difficulties that may arise.
-
Step-Two (Multi-Step Application Form):
(a) Personal Information:
After successfully registering and logging into your account, please fully complete all required entries related to Personal Information on the computer screen, and then click the "Save & Continue" button.

(d) Upload Photo & Signature:
After filling in the Educational Information, candidates must scan a high-contrast, passport-sized photograph and their signature (in either Hindi or English), and upload them to the designated section in accordance with the instructions provided on the computer screen. It is mandatory that the photograph be clear and taken while holding a placard (bearing the applicant's name and the date on which the photo was taken); additionally, candidates are required to upload a "live photograph" while filling out the application form.
After uploading the photograph, signature, and live photograph to the designated sections, click the "Save & Continue" button. Detailed information regarding the uploading of the photograph and Hindi/English signature, as well as the capturing and uploading of the live photograph, is available on the Application Portal.

Once satisfied with the information displayed in the preview of the filled application form, candidates should provide their Declaration and click the "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button to complete the process of depositing the examination/counseling fee, as outlined in Step-Four. If a candidate submits the fully filled application data but fails to deposit the examination/counseling fee, their application will be deemed incomplete and subsequently rejected.

Step-Four (Payment of Examination / Counselling Fee):
After reviewing the preview of all entries filled in by the candidate and clicking 'Submit', click on the 'Payment of Examination / Counselling Fee' button and complete the payment process by following the instructions for paying the examination fee displayed on the computer screen. The examination/counselling fee once deposited shall not be refunded.
The procedures for depositing the examination fee are as follows:
a. Online Payment: If a candidate wishes to pay the examination fee online—specifically via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking—they must select the 'Online' option from the payment modes displayed on the computer screen and proceed with the transaction using their chosen method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking). Any additional charges (Processing Fees) incurred during the payment of the examination fee must be borne by the candidate.
b. The necessary details regarding the payment of the examination fee using the aforementioned methods are as follows:
Candidates belonging to the General, Backward Classes, Extremely Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, or Persons with Disabilities (Divyang) categories are required to pay a sum of ₹2,200 (Two Thousand Two Hundred Rupees) as the examination fee.
Note:
1. If the amount paid as the Examination/Counselling fee is debited from your bank account but the payment transaction subsequently fails, you must re-attempt the payment of the required fee. If you fail to successfully pay the Examination/Counselling fee a second time within the stipulated deadline, your application form will remain incomplete, and you will be deemed ineligible for this Examination/Counselling process.
The amount debited from your bank account in the event of a failed transaction will be automatically refunded to your account.
2. For the resolution of any difficulties or inconveniences encountered regarding the payment of the Examination/Counselling fee, candidates may contact the authorities via email at the ID provided on the online application portal: bangalorepgsd@billdesk.com, or by calling the Helpdesk phone number: 0612-2220230.

Note:
(a) There is no need to send the downloaded Confirmation Page of the application form to the Board's office. However, it is mandatory to present this document to the Board at the time of counseling; therefore, candidates must preserve this document safely.
(b) Once all the aforementioned procedures have been completed and the Online Application Form has been finally submitted, there is no provision for making any changes or amendments to the Application Form.

(d) The Board shall not be held responsible for any disruptions related to the internet, postal services, or banking operations. Therefore, candidates are advised not to wait until the final deadlines but to complete all the necessary procedures well in advance.
-
(i) If, after filling out the Online Application Form, an applicant discovers that an error occurred while entering information, or while uploading a photograph or signature, they will be provided an opportunity to edit and rectify such errors from April 25, 2026, to April 26, 2026.
