Online Application Portal for admission through GKCIET is OPEN from 24/06/2026 at www.gkciet.ac.in , and the same will remain LIVE till 10/07/2026.
The interested candidates with the required qualifications may apply through the above-mentioned link.
Candidates who are eligible and have paid the online registration fees are required to report physically to the Institute on 14/07/2026 along with GET-2026 application form and other documents.

Application Fee

An application fee of Rs. 1, 000/- per candidates belonging to general category/OBC/EWS, whereas Rs. 500/- per candidate belong to SC/ST category is applicable. There is no application fee for the candidates applying under PWD category.
The candidates must pay the application fee through online mode only (NEFT/IMPS/Google pay).

Eligibility Criteria/Qualification (GET-2026)

Must be an Indian Citizen and medically fit.
The minimum qualification for admission to the Diploma Programs is Matric (10th Std.) with Science / Physical Science and Mathematics or equivalent from a State Secondary Education Board/CBSE/ICSE/National Open School or equivalent (Please follow the WBSCTE council at https://scvtwb.in ). The candidates appeared/appearing in secondary or equivalent examination in 2026 may also apply and should produce the marks sheet and certificate at the time of counselling, failing which candidature will be cancelled.
Should not be born after 01/07/2011 and there is no upper age limit.

Application Procedure

Before applying for admission, make sure you have an active email id and working contact number/WhatsApp number.
Visit the application portal by clicking the ‘Online Application Form’ button or go to the following link https://admission.gkciet.ac.in .
Candidates need to first register themselves in the portal. Register your new application form using a valid Email ID and mobile number.
Afterregistering, log in to your account using your Email ID and password.
After login apply for the diploma course.
Fill in your personal details. Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender and Date of Birth must match as the appeared in the 10th standard admit card.
Fill in the academic details and submit it.
