IBSAT is a national-level entrance test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (THE IFHE), Hyderabad - a Deemed University. Unlike other management entrance tests, IBSAT is built to give aspirants the best shot at success. It’s simple, supportive, and designed to put students first.
With just one exam, you can secure admission opportunities across 9 IBS campuses in India, namely Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Dehradun, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.

How to Apply

Step 1: Register online with details & pay Rs. 1,800/- (single application for all 9 IBS campuses).
Step 2: Get confirmation email/SMS with application number & login details.
Step 3: Log in, complete profile & select test score to submit.
Step 4: Take IBSAT or submit CAT / NMAT by GMAC™ / XAT / GMAT™ / CUET-PG / Other Management test valid scores.
Step 5: Receive invitation for selection process (based on qualifying score).
Step 6: Attend Selection Process on March 14th and 15th at IBS 8 Campuses and IBS Head Office, Hyderabad. Selection Process consist of Micro Presentation & Personal Interview.
Step 7: Get admission confirmation with campus allotment (based on score & cut-off).

Eligibility

2 year Management Program:

Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English.
All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score by May 31, 2026.
Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2026.
The admission will remain provisional until they produce marks sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility. The last date for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2026.
Eligibility criteria will be checked from August, 2026 onwards. Hence, the onus of ensuring that they satisfy the eligibility criteria rests solely with the candidates.

Admission Process

IBS 8 Campuses
Accept CAT / NMAT by GMAC™ / XAT / GMAT™ / CUET-PG / Other Management test valid scores, scores from 2023 onwards for admission to the following programs:
MBA program offered by IBS Bengaluru, IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur.
PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) program offered by IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune.

Selection Process

The next phase of the selection process is scheduled for 14th & 15th March at 8 IBS Campuses, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Dehradun, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Jaipur, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai, IBS Pune and IBS Head office, Hyderabad.
