Application Procedure:
Candidates intending to appear for ITICAT-2026 may download and obtain the Prospectus from the Board's website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. To fill out the online application form, candidates must visit the aforementioned website of the Board, click on the "Online Portal of I.T.I.C.A.T.-2026" link, and subsequently click on the "New Registration" button. Thereafter, candidates are advised to thoroughly read and understand the instructions displayed for filling out the application form.
  • Step-One (Registration):
For registration for this examination, candidates must accurately fill in all required information within the application form displayed on the computer screen under Step-One. While registering, candidates must ensure that they use only their own email address and mobile number—or those of their father or mother—as all information related to the registration process will be sent to that specific email address and mobile number. To verify the mobile number and email address provided by the candidate, separate verification codes will be sent to both; the candidate must enter these verification codes during the registration process to complete the verification. Once the mobile number and email address have been verified and the registration is successfully completed, no changes to the mobile number or email address will be permitted under any circumstances throughout the entire academic session. Upon successful registration, the candidate will receive a notification confirming the successful completion of the process on their registered mobile number and email address; this notification will include their unique Registration Number. Subsequently, to complete and submit their application online, candidates must log in to their account by entering their Registration Number and the password they created during the registration process, clicking the "Sign In" button, and proceeding to complete the remaining steps. Candidates are advised to keep the password they created during registration strictly confidential; otherwise, the Board shall not be held liable for any issues or complications that may arise.
  • Step-Two (Multi-Step Application Form):
    (a) Personal Information: After successfully registering and logging back into your account, fully complete the required entries related to Personal Information displayed on the computer screen, and then click the 'Save & Continue' button.
    (b) Contact Details: After filling in the Personal Information, the candidate must fill in the details regarding their Permanent and Correspondence addresses (Contact Details) on the computer screen as required, and then click the 'Save & Continue' button.
    (c) Educational Information: After filling in the Contact Details, the candidate must fill in the details regarding their educational qualifications (Educational Information) on the computer screen as required, and then click the 'Save & Continue' button.
    (d) Upload Photo & Signature: After filling in the Educational Information, the candidate must scan a high-contrast, color passport-sized photograph and their signature (in either Hindi or English) in accordance with the instructions provided on the computer screen, and upload them to the designated section. It is mandatory to use a photograph taken while holding a placard (clearly displaying the applicant's name and the date on which the photo was taken). After uploading the photograph and signature to the designated section, click the 'Save & Continue' button. Detailed information regarding the uploading of the photograph and Hindi/English signature is available on the Application Portal.
  • Step-Three (Application Preview & Final Submission):
Candidates must thoroughly review the information provided in Step-One and Step-Two. If, during this review process, any information or entry within the form filled out in any specific Step is found to be incorrect, the candidate should click the "Back to Edit" button to correct the erroneous information/entry, and then click the "Save & Continue" button to ensure that the updated information is successfully recorded.

Once the preview of the filled application form is complete and all details are verified as correct, candidates should provide their Declaration and click the "Final Submit & Proceed to Payment" button to complete the process of depositing the examination/counseling fee, as outlined in Step-Four. If a candidate submits the fully filled application data but fails to deposit the examination/counseling fee, their application will be deemed incomplete and subsequently rejected.
  • Step Four (Payment of Examination / Counselling Fee):
After reviewing the preview of all entries filled in by the candidate and submitting the form, click on the "Payment of Examination / Counselling Fee" button and complete the payment process by following the instructions for paying the examination fee displayed on the computer screen. The submitted examination/counselling fee is non-refundable.
The procedures for paying the examination fee are:
    a. Online Payment: If candidates wish to pay the examination fee online, such as through credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking, they may select the Online option from the payment mode displayed on the computer screen and pay through credit or debit card, UPI, or net banking. Upon depositing the examination fee, the candidate will be required to pay the additional processing charge.

    b. The necessary details for paying the examination fee through the above methods are as follows: Candidates belonging to the General/OBC/Extremely Backward Class categories will have to pay an examination fee of Rs. 750/- (seven hundred fifty). For SC/ST/OBC categories, the examination fee will be Rs. 100/- (one hundred) and for disabled candidates, the examination fee will be Rs. 430/- (four hundred thirty).

    Note:
    1. If the amount paid as the Examination/Counselling fee is debited from your account but the fee payment subsequently fails, you must re-submit the required fee payment. If you do not re-pay the Examination/Counselling fee within the stipulated time, your application form will remain incomplete, and you will no longer be eligible for this Examination/Counselling.
The amount corresponding to the failed payment will be automatically refunded to your bank account.

    2. To resolve any difficulties or inconveniences related to the payment of the Examination/Counselling fee, you may contact the authorities via email at the ID available on the online application portal bangalorepgsd@billdesk.com or by calling the Helpdesk phone number: 0612-2220230.
  • Step Five (Download Confirmation Page & Fee Receipt):
After completing the payment by the date and time stipulated by the Board, candidates must download and print copies of the Confirmation Page and Fee Receipt for the application form they submitted, and keep them safe. This is because these documents contain all the details entered by you, as well as the Registration Number provided by the Board, which may be required during the counseling process or for future reference.

    Note:
    (a) The Confirmation Page of the downloaded Application Form need not be sent to the Council Office. It is mandatory to present this document to the Council at the time of counseling; therefore, candidates are advised to keep this document safe.
    (b) Once all the aforementioned procedures have been completed and the Online Application Form has been finally submitted, there is no provision for making any changes or modifications to the Application Form.
    (c) Candidates are requested to note that once the Application Form has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, nor will any requests for a refund or chargeback of the submitted examination fee be entertained.
    (d) The Council shall not be held responsible for any disruptions related to the internet, postal services, or banking operations. Therefore, candidates are advised not to wait until the final deadlines but to complete all necessary procedures well in advance.
