Admission to (10th based) Para-Medical Diploma (FMPHW/MMPHW) Course 2026

Online Applications are invited from Domiciles of the Union Territories of J&K /Ladakh, who are eligible and desirous for appearing in the Common Entrance Test for admission to (10th based) Para-Medical Diploma (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses for the academic session 2026 in various Government/Pvt. Colleges/ Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh. The selection of the candidates to such courses shall be regulated by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examination Act, 2002 and the Rules and Regulations there under; JK Reservation Act, 2004 as amended vide J&K Re-organization Act, 2019, S.O. 69 dated 28-02-2020,S.O. 127 dated 20-04-2000, S.O. 249 dated 23-07-2021, S.O. 277 dated 13-08-2021, S.O 176 dated 15-03-2024 read with S.O 305 dated 21-05-2024 and subject to further amendments, if any, made by the Competent Authority from time to time and the guidelines/information as contained in the Electronic Information Brochure-2026 which is available on the official website of the BOPEE www.jkbopee.gov.in.

Important Information
  • Receipt of online application forms: w.e.f. 10/03/2026.
  • Last date for filling up of the online application forms: 22/03/2026.
  • Fee Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to be paid online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
  • The e-information Brochure can be downloaded from BOPEE website viz www.jkbopee.gov.in
  • The syllabus for the examination/test is available in the e-Information Brochure.
  • Date of Entrance Test: To be notified separately.
  • The candidates, in their own interest, are advised to go through the Information Brochure before filling up of Online Application Form. The Board shall not be responsible for any act of omission or commission in filling up of the Online Application Form by the candidate(s). It is incumbent upon the candidates to go through the information contained in the e-Information Brochure and agree to follow the conditions contained therein. No candidate can claim any alteration in any of the conditions which have been incorporated in the e-Information Brochure and notified in advance.
  • The candidates are further advised to remain in touch with the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in. The Board does not undertake any responsibility for any delay caused in publication of Notices / Notifications in the Print Media (Newspapers) as delay, if any, in such publication(s) is not within the control of the Board, notwithstanding that the Board notifies the same on the official website(s) and forward the same for publication in the newspapers simultaneously on the date of issuance of the said Notifications/Notices etc.
  • The Entrance Examination conducted by the Board shall be offline.
Eligibility for Admission
Candidates applying for admission to 10th based Paramedical Diploma Courses must fulfil the following eligibility conditions namely:
A candidate must:
- be a Domicile of UT of J&K or Ladakh as the case may be;
- have passed 10thor equivalent examination from a recognized Board with Science;
- have not crossed upper age as 35 years upto 01-01-2026;
- have a valid category certificate, if applicable
The candidates appearing/appeared in 10th examination 2026 can also apply, provided such candidates have to qualify the 10th class examination at the time of declaration of the result in the Entrance Test or at the date of counselling as may be notified by the Board.
Note:
The eligibility is bare minimum/provisional and shall be subjected to such changes/bench marks as may be fixed by the J&K Nursing Council. The Board shall on receipt of any such communication from the concerned authority/Council notify the same, which shall govern the eligibility criteria.
Fee Structure (Tentative)
As per Circular No. 79-SPMC of 2018 dated 01-10-2018 issued by J&K Paramedical Council/ Nursing Council GMC Jammu/Srinagar& Govt. Order No. 622-JK(HME of 2020 dated 25-08-2020 issued by Health & Medical Education Department, J&K.
  • Govt. ANM/GNM Schools/Institutions Rs. 4,000/- per annum
  • Private Paramedical Colleges Rs. 40,000/- per annum
Note:
i) Fee fixation is not the responsibility of BOPEE. The information given is only for the convenience of candidates& shall be changed as & when notified by the fee structure committee of UT Government of J&K from time to time.
ii) For updation of fee, the candidates are advised to approach the College / Institution before participating in the Counselling.
Application Form
The Application Forms have to be submitted online only through BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in (through URL’s/ links provided for this purpose) within the prescribed date to be notified separately. The payment of rupees 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only as fee is to be made online through "Integrated Payment Gateway" with the help of any national Credit Card/Debit Card/facility. The procedure for filing Application Form and eligibility etc. of the candidates has been given in detail in the E-Brochure. The students must necessarily, in their own interest, go through this Brochure before attempting to fill up the online Application Form. The candidates can download admission notification, Brochure, instructions, Admit Card and all other relevant information from the official website of the BOPEE at any Common Service Centres of Union Territory of J&K at nominal charges.

The applicants are advised to fill the online Application Forms on their own or through a responsible person. The applicants can also contact the "Help Desk" of I.T. Section of BOPEE on 1942433590/1912479157 for any assistance/guidance in this regard on any working day within the last date prescribed for submitting Online Application Form.
