  • Eligibility:
    Required for UG, PG, and Ph.D. Programs.
  • Mode:
    Computer-Based Test (CBT).
  • Exam Registration:
    Online registration is mandatory to appear for the KALSEE exam.
  • Exam Pattern & Duration:
    MCQ-based examination. Duration is 90 minutes for UG and PG programs, and 120 minutes for Ph.D. programs.
  • Total Questions:
    90 questions for UG and PG programs, and 100 questions for Ph.D. programs.
  • Negative Marking:
    There is no negative marking in the KALSEE examination.
  • Passing Marks:
    Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks to qualify.
  • Exam Fee:
    India & SAARC candidates: INR 1,400 for all UG and PG courses, and INR 3,500 for Ph.D. courses.
  • Scholarships:
    Merit-based scholarships are available for top scorers.

Eligibility
Master’s Degree required with 55% marks or more for General and 50% marks or more for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

Government Exams
Candidates must clear any of the following exams: M.Phil. / NET / GATE / SLET / SET or equivalent, and should be a regular teacher in any college or university. Such candidates are exempted from appearing for KALSEE for Ph.D.

KALSEE for Ph.D. – Exam Pattern
• Paper 1 – Common for all; 50 MCQs
• Paper 2 – As per the specialisation applied; 50 MCQs

    Get login details & scheduling link within 24 hours.
  • Step 5: take the CBT
    Take the Computer-Based Test (CBT) as per your scheduled date.
  • Step 6: Check Results
    Check your final results online.
