Admission to its 3-year LL.B. Program, 2026

Applications are invited for academic year 2026-27. There are total of 60 seats.

Persons with a graduate degree in any discipline may apply for the course. Those who are appearing for the final year graduation exams or awaiting results may also apply in anticipation. At the time of admission the candidate needs to provide a provisional pass certificate or the final pass certificate along with conduct certificate and migration certificate.

Application Fee:
Candidates for three-year LLB admission has to pay while filling the application the following amount-
• For General Category - Rs. 3,300/-
• For SC/ST/PWD/SEBC - Rs. 2,800/-
• For NRI/NRIs/OCI/PIO/FN – Rs. 5,000/-

Admission Test:
Admission will be on the basis of All India Test. The admission test will be conducted in Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Bhopal, Cuttack, Lucknow, Guwahati, Kolkata, Tiruchirappalli, Raipur and Jodhpur. The university reserves the right to cancel a center and shift the candidates to the centers of their next preference.
Entrance exam will be conducted on May 10, 2026. The entrance exam will be one paper of 120 multiple choice questions of 120 marks. Questions will be from the following areas:
• General English
• General Awareness
• General Reasoning
The duration of the entrance exam will be of 2hrs.
Note: There will be no negative marking in the entrance exam.

Intake and Reservation:
The total number of seats available are 60 (Sixty). Seats shall be reserved as follows:

Note:

25% seats shall be reserved horizontally for Applicants under General, ST & SC Candidates under State Domicile Reservation*.
05% seats shall be reserved horizontally for Specially Abled Persons (SAP) at the all India level according to the Rights of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
1% seat is reserved for the Ex-Service Men candidates horizontally (across the category).
The number of seats under NRI Sponsored Candidates may vary based upon the decision of the Governing Body of the Institution.

*Eligibility Criteria for Domicile Reservation: Candidates who have passed Undergraduate program or equivalent examination and secured at least 60% marks (or its equivalent grade) in the said examination from any recognized College/University in the State of Odisha. The candidate must have a valid domicile/residential certificate issued by Govt. of Odisha.

Note: 1. The above fee structure does not include monthly mess charges. Students are required to pay the mess charges directly to the Mess Committee at the beginning of every semester.

Note: 2. The refundable deposits will be refunded only after successful completion of the course. The amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation of candidature by the student or otherwise during the tenure of the course.
