NTA Declares the Result/NTA Scores of Common University Entrance Test (UG) – 2026

The National Testing Agency has been entrusted by the Ministry of Education and University Grants Commission (UGC) to conduct the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission into Undergraduate Programmes in Central Universities under the Ministry of Education, and other participating Universities / Institutions / Organizations / Autonomous Colleges.

The CUET (UG) provided a single window opportunity to students seeking admission in any of the Central Universities (CUs) or other participating organizations (including State Universities, Deemed and Private Universities) across the Country especially those from rural and other remote areas, to help establish better connections with the Universities. A single Examination enabled the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities and other participating Universities.

The National Testing Agency conducted the Common University Entrance Test (UG) – 2026 [CUET (UG) – 2026] in computer-based test (CBT) mode for 15,68,867 (Fifteen lakh sixty eight thousand eight hundred and sixty seven) unique registered candidates. Each candidate had flexibility to choose up to five subjects. This generated an aggregate of approximately 67,56,327 test instances, produced 12,906 distinct subject combinations, with the test conducted across 19 days/35 shifts nationwide as well as international locations to accommodate this scale and diversity while preserving examination integrity.

The CUET (UG) – 2026 was conducted for admission in the academic session 2026-27 in CBT mode as per the following details:
