Admission to Semester-I of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Five Year Law Integrated Course, 2026

The University of Rajasthan is conducting RULET-2026 for admission to B.A. LL.B (Hons.) in University Five Year Law College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur for the Session 2026-27. Admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Five Year Course) shall be on the basis of merit secured in the RULET-2026 based on the total marks scored out of 350 marks in written test (including weightage, if applicable), Group Discussion and Personal Interview (300+25+25 respectively), which will be published on the university website as per the schedule.

Total Number of Sears:

  • The admission to first semester of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) will be done for 120+12 seats (10% over & above of total seats for E.W.S. as per BCI norms) for University Five Year Law College (SFS Course).
  • Reservation of seats will be applicable as per the University Prospectus and Government of Rajasthan rules.

Stepwise Procedure for filling Online Application Form
  • STEP-I:
    The Candidate is required to go to the Fill Application Form for RULET-2026 link at https://admissions.univraj.org/ruletPanel and complete the registration.
  • STEP-II:
    The candidate will be required to upload his/her latest photograph, thumb impression and signature in the online application form:
    • Photo Requirement:
      • The photograph must be taken on or after January 1, 2026.
      • Don’t wear a cap or goggles while getting the photograph clicked
      • Candidates who wear spectacles regularly can put them on.
      • Computer and Polaroid generated photographs will not be accepted
      • Image Size: 50KB-100 KB
      • Acceptable file formats- JPG/PNG/BMP
      Note:
      • If the scanned photographs do not meet the above-mentioned criteria, the form will be rejected.
      • If the photographs are found to be manipulated or digitally edited, the form will be rejected. This would be considered as use of unfair practices and would be dealt with according to the rules of unfair means as applicable in University of Rajasthan.
      • It is mandatory to carry an additional passport size photograph (including name and date of taking the photo) to the examination centre. It will be affixed on the attendance sheet. This photograph should be the same photograph as uploaded in the online application form.
    • Signature Requirement:
      • Upload your Signature done by Black Marker Pen on white paper.
      • Image size: 20KB-50 KB
      • Acceptable file formats - JPG/PNG/BMP
    • Thumb Impression:
      • Upload scan copy of your thumb impression done with blue ink on white paper.
      • Left hand thumb impression for Male.
      • Right hand thumb impression for Female/Transgender.
      • Acceptable file formats - JPG/PNG/BMP
  • STEP-III:
    • The candidate will be required to fill the personal details, category details, concession/weightage details (if applicable) and address as required in the form.
    • After completion of this process, the candidate will be required to upload the relevant document(s) / certificate(s) (only JPG/PDF/PNG/BMP files of maximum 300 kb allowed).
  • STEP-IV:
    • After completion of form, the candidate is required to submit the requisite application fee i.e. Rs. 2,200/- (Two Thousand Two Hundred Rupees Only) online through UPI / payment gateway of ICICI Bank.
    • No other mode of payment of fee shall be accepted.
  • STEP-V:
    • After successful submission of the fee, an online payment invoice will be generated.
    • Those candidates who applied for weightage/concession (on the basis of Sports/NCC/NSS or any other criterion as per university prospectus) are required to submit the hard copy of the application form along with all relevant documents in original to support their claim) during office hours (i.e., 09:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M.) at University Five Year Law College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur till 19/05/2026.
    • The applicants who are not claiming weightage/concession are not required to deposit the hard copy of the online application form. However, they are advised to take the print of the invoice and the complete application form along with them, for the purpose of admission and their own reference.
    • No weightage/concession shall be given to any candidate without submitting the hard copy of application form and relevant document(s).
Note: The candidates are advised to check and verify the application form before final submission. Only two days (15/05/2026 & 16/05/2026) will be given to the Candidate(s) to make online corrections/changes in the application form, (if any).

Incomplete forms and forms without fee payment will be rejected without any correspondence.
Eligibility, Age, Concession & Reservation
All the candidates who are applying for RULET-2026 are advised to ensure their eligibility before filling the application form, as provided in the University Prospectus available on the University Website.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
  • 50% marks aggregate in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 (XII) for admission to first semester of B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) for the students who are bona fide residents of State of Rajasthan.
  • For SC, ST and PH candidate of State of Rajasthan, 45% marks aggregate in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2 (XII) for admission to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.).
  • 60% marks aggregate in the qualifying examination for admission to B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) for students coming from other than State of Rajasthan.
  • Age: As per BCI norms.
  • Weightage & Concession: As per University norms provided in the University Prospectus.
  • Reservation: As per University norms provided in the University Prospectus.
Information regarding the Written Test
  • The Written Test is scheduled to be held on 23/05/2026 (Saturday) from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. in Jaipur. The duration of the test shall be Two Hours (120 Minutes).
  • The Candidate shall use only Blue/Black Ball point pen during the Written examination. The candidate shall bring their own transparent pen.
  • After completion of Written test, the candidates can carry Question Booklet alongwith the carbon copy of OMR Sheet with them.
  • The Centre for Written Test (RULET-2026) and Roll number will be given on admit card which will be made available on the university website as per the schedule.
  • No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card and a valid original photo ID card issued by Central Government i.e. Aadhar / PAN / Voter ID / Driving Licence / Passport.
  • The candidates will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Centre after 10:45 a.m. on examination date i.e. 23/05/2026 (Saturday).
  • Carrying Mobile Phone/any other electronic device in the examination hall is strictly prohibited. If any objectionable material is found, then action will be taken as per University Rules.
  • Totally blind candidates must arrange amanuensis on their own and should carry attested copies of the certificate issued in accordance with Statute 17 (A) (ii). Moreover, attested copies of Marks sheet/Certificate and Photo Identity of amanuensis who should have qualification less than 10th Class (Secondary), should also be submitted to the Superintendent of the Written Test Centre at least one day prior to the Written test.
  • There may be a provision for videography of candidate at the centre on the date of examination.
  • Biometric of all appearing candidates may be done at the examination centre.
