The online application is for admissions to Health Sciences UG programs offered in SRM IST Chennai (Kattankulathur), Delhi - NCR Campus - Ghaziabad (UP).
Admissions will be done through SRM Joint Entrance Examination for Health Sciences (SRMJEEH).
Application Fee is Rs. 1,200/- for each phase and it is non-refundable. There would be 2 different phases of SRMJEEH conducted. If the candidate wishes to take the SRMJEEH more than once, he/she can fill the required application form with respect to each phase.
Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrollment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria
B.ASLP - Audiology and Speech Language Pathology
Degree Level: Graduate
Duration: 3 Years + 1 Year Internship

The candidate applying for admission to BASLP should have passed 10+2 examinations or an equivalent examination conducted by the Pre-University Board of Education or an equivalent board of the state or Central Government, securing a minimum of 50% marks. Relaxation in the qualifying shall be as per the rules and regulations of the respective university / State / UTS or Central Government.
The applicants/candidates should have studied any two or more subjects in the Science Stream in the qualifying examination.
The eligibility of persons with disability shall be assessed by a committee consisting of an expert in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Clinical Psychology, Paediatrics and Otolaryngology among others.
In general, admission of students under "Disability Category" for the B.ASLP program shall be governed by the same guidelines (No.U.14021-8-2023-UGMEB/dated the 12.06.2023) issued by the National Medical Commission for admission of students under disability category to the MBBS program.
Foreign applicants shall obtain an equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities.
B.Optom - Optometry
Degree Level: Graduate

Age: Completion of 17 years on or before 31st December of year of Admission.
Qualification: HSC / 10+2 / Plus two or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology / Botany & Zoology.
Percentage of Marks: Minimum 50% aggregate of marks in PCB / PCM.
Candidate must possess both Physical and Mental fitness to undergo the academic course and does not suffer from any intellectual disability or contagious disease.

Candidates with Science who have passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. The candidate must have a pass mark in English.
The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years.
P.B.Diploma - Critical Care Nursing
Degree Level: Diploma
Duration: 1 Year

Candidate shall have completed B.Sc. Nursing (Regular) Degree course / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (Regular) Degree course / General Nursing and Midwifery course with 50% of mark, recognised by the Indian Nursing Council and registered in State Nursing Council.

P.B.Diploma - Emergency And Disaster Nursing

Minimum of 50% aggregate of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or (Botany and Zoology).

Duration: 5 Years + 1 Year Internship
Fees: Rs. 5,00,000/- (Fee applicable per annum for 6 years)
Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) and or Biology (P.C.B /P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually.
