List of candidates qualified in Paper-I for appearing in Paper-II (MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL) (List-II)

Staff Selection Commission conducted Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2025 (Paper-I) in the Computer-Based Mode from 03.12.2025 to 06/12/2025 and on 13/12/2025 at various Examination centres across the country.

As Paper-I (Computer-Based Examination) of the said Examination was conducted in multiple shifts, marks scored by candidates have been normalized as per the formula published by the Commission vide Notice dated 02-06-2025. As per the provisions under Para 18.2 of the Examination Notice, normalized marks of the candidates have been used for processing the result to shortlist the candidates for the next stage of Examination [i.e., Paper-II (ComputerBased Examination)].

In terms of Para-18.1 of the Notice of Examination, minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I have been fixed as follows:
a) 30% (i.e. 60 marks) for UR,
b) 25% (i.e. 50 marks) for OBC/ EWS
c) 20% (i.e. 40 marks) for all other categories.

Category-wise cut-off details and number of candidates shortlisted to appear in PaperII of the Examination are as follows
I. Civil Engineering:

*In addition to the UR candidates shown above 550- SC, 192- ST, 3428- OBC, 803- EWS, 06- OH and 01- HH candidates qualifying at UR cut off have been shown under their respective categories.

II. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering: *In addition to the UR candidates shown above 155- SC, 20- ST, 1342- OBC, 247- EWS, 02- OH and 01- HH candidates qualifying at UR cut off have been shown under their respective categories.

Results of the following two candidates have been kept withheld due to various reasons: Representations received from the candidates with regard to the Tentative Answer Keys have been carefully examined and the Answer Keys have been modified wherever necessary. The Final Answer Keys have been used for processing the result of Paper-I (CBE). The Final Answer Keys along with Question Papers cum Response Sheets of Paper-I as well marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates, will be uploaded on the website of the Commission in due course.

The schedule for conduct of Paper-II of the Examination will be made available on the website of the Commission shortly. Shortlisted candidates may visit the website of the Commission regularly for further updates.
