Declaration of final result of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2025

The Staff Selection Commission declared the First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) for candidates of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Examination, 2025 on 31.07.2026. Thereafter, candidates were required to participate mandatorily in the Sliding/Identity Verification (IV) process through the designated login module on the website of the Commission, conducted on 11.08.2026 and 12.08.2026 in the Regional Office concerned.

As per Para 10 of the FRTA write-up dated 31.07.2026, any candidate who failed to attend the sliding process physically has been treated as absent and not considered for the final result.

Details of the number of candidates who have opted for Fix/Float and new allocations made against the vacancies created due to absence of candidates in the Sliding/Identity Verification process are as follows:

As per the provisions of the Notice of Examination, allocation of posts to eligible candidates has been made on the basis of merit-cum-preference of posts submitted by the candidates online and FIX/FLOAT option exercised by candidates in Sliding/Identity Verification process. A total of 1715 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the further selection process and uploaded on the website of the Commission. Category-wise breakup of provisionally recommended candidates is as follows:
