Admission to B.P.Ed. (2 Years) and D.P.Ed. (2 Years) Courses, 2026

Telangana Physical Education Common Entrance Test – 2026 (TG PECET-2026) will be conducted for admission into B.PEd and D.PEd Courses offered by the Universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana State for the Academic Year 2026-27. Eligible candidates who wish to apply for TG PECET 2026 may submit their applications through ONLINE MODE only. The detailed information regarding eligibility, age submission of online publication and related instructions etc are available in the website https://pecet.tgche.ac.in The Registration fees @ Rs. 500/- for SC & ST and Rs. 900/- for others should be paid at TG Online/AP Online/Through Payment Gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

Online Registration and Submission of Online Application Form starts from 02/03/2026.

Eligibility to Appear for TG PECET-2026

For B.PEd.: The Candidates should have appeared or passed three year degree examination recognized by any University in Telangana or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto and should have completed 19 Years of age as on 01/07/2026.
For D.PEd.: The Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by Government of Telangana and should have completed 16 Years of age as on 01/07/2026.
Candidates also must fulfil other conditions mentioned in the instruction booklet.
- Detailed information and Procedure for Submission of online application is given in the instruction booklet displayed in the website: https://pecet.tgche.ac.in.
- Date of Commencement of Submission Online Applications: 02/03/2026 TG PECET 2026. SC and ST application @ Rs. 500/- and @ Rs. 900/- for others only should be submitted through ONLINE MODE only.
- Commencement of Physical and Skill Test will be from 31/05/2026 to 03/06/2026 at Satavahana University, Karimnagar.

Scheme of Examination

Scheme of Entrance Test for B.P.Ed. (2 years)and D.P.Ed. (2 years) courses:
The Common Entrance Test for entry of students into B.P.Ed (Two years) and D.P.Ed. (Two years). The tests will be conducted as follows:
Physical Efficiency Tests: Maximum 100 marks for each of the event, marks shall be awarded, by using the conversion tables approved by the TG PECET Committee.

Skills Tests: Maximum 100 marks for each of the event, marks shall be awarded, by using the Subject Experts.
