Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com. etc.

UGAT e-bulletin is brought out along with the profiles of the Universities / Institutions / Colleges accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges. The data and score of the candidates are provided to the Universities / Institutions / Colleges indicated by the candidates. In addition, candidates are provided individual score card, which can be produced to any Universities / Institutions / Colleges.

Universities / Institutions / Colleges can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.

Eligibility
The minimum qualification is 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Students appearing / appeared in 10+2 can also apply.
Mode of Test (How to take the test)
Candidate can take UGAT as:
(i) Paper Based Test (PBT)
How To Apply
Candidate can choose any ONE of the following modes to apply:
  • Register online at website link with Credit Card or Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking payment of Rs. 750/-.
    (OR)
  • Register online at website link along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 750/- in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi.
Essential Documents
Essential documents to be made ready for Online Registration:
  • Valid Email Id
  • Scanned image of photograph (up to 50 kb)
  • Scanned image of signature (up to 50 kb)
  • Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or Net Banking details
  • Demand Draft in favour of 'All India Management Association'

Important Notice: Candidates are advised to check the approval/recognition status of various programs directly from the concerned Authorities / Institutes / Universities.
AIMA has come across a couple of cases where the aspiring candidates' UGAT score is not accepted by some participating Universities / Institutions / Colleges for admission to Under Graduate full time course despite their confirmation to AIMA UGAT at the time of participation by incorporating their notifications in UGAT e-bulletin. Candidates are advised to recheck with the concerned Universities / Institutions / Colleges before applying for UGAT.

Admit Card

All provisionally registered candidates have to download their Admit Card from the website link as per the schedule given above.
Admit Card contains Candidate's Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address.

The Score Card is put on the AIMA website during last week of the month of the test. Candidate can download his/her score card with his 6 digits Registration Form No and 9 digits Roll No from AIMA website link: https://apps.aima.in/ugat_result.aspx
