Decentralised Counselling 2026 R4 Special Vacancy Schedule Out

Notification on Special Vacancy Allocation by Upgradation(R4) under DCAP- 2026

The undersigned is directed to inform that in continuation of the earlier Notification vide No. WBE/EX-63/2026, dated, 29.09.2026, on the above subject matter, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has decided to resume another Special Vacancy Allocation Round by Upgradation as a continuation of Phase 2 of Decentralised Counselling, in order to provide further admission opportunities to eligible candidates and to utilise the remaining vacant seats with other terms and conditions of the revised Decentralised Counselling-2026 Notification vide No. WBE/EX-56/2026, dated 01.09.2026. There may be more than one round and the schedule for such round(s) may be announced at very short notice.

The Special Vacancy Allocation Round by Upgradation (R4) counselling schedule is given below:

04.10.2026 (5:00 pm) - 06.10.2026 (1:00 pm)	Provisional admission against allocated seat by payment of Seat Acceptance Fee and obtaining system generated 'Provisional Admission Receipt'
05.10.2026 (10:00 am) - 06.10.2026 (5:30 pm)	Physical Document Verification & Admission/Withdrawal confirmation by the candidate at Institute
