Conduct of Online Decentralised Counselling of WBJEE – 2026

This is to inform all concerned stakeholders that the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Online Decentralised Counselling for the academic year 2026 as communicated by the Director of Technical Education, Government of West Bengal, vide Memo No. 55(T)/CS dated 29.07.2026.

Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to inform all concerned Participating Institutions and other stakeholders that WBJEEB shall conduct the Online Decentralised Counselling of WBJEE-2026 after completion of centralised e-counselling upon the remaining vacant seats for the academic year 2026.

All participating institutions and stakeholders are requested to extend their full cooperation to WBJEEB and to comply with the instructions, timelines, and guidelines that will be issued by the Board from time to time for smooth and transparent conduct of the decentralised counselling process.

The detailed counselling schedule, on-line decentralised counselling notification, seat matrix, and other operational guidelines shall be notified separately on the official websites of WBJEEB.
