1st Merit List for Counselling Cum Admission into PG 2025
The following candidates are hereby provisionally selected for Counselling cum Admission to
the MA/MSc Programmes of Madhabdev University for the Academic Session 2025-26 based on the
score in MDUPGET-2025.
Students whose names appear in the Merit List must register themselves and apply in the
“Samarth portal” at https://madhabdevuniversityadm.samarth.edu.in/index.php by uploading all
relevant documents for admission by 13 July 2025. Students will be solely responsible for any
incorrect information or uploads in the portal.

Admission against the First Merit List for Postgraduate Programmes of Madhabdev
University for the Academic Session 2025-26 will be held on 14 & 15 July 2025 at the University
Auditorium from 10 A.M. onwards.
Admission will be subject to the physical verification of the original documents. To become
eligible for admission under the Madhabdev University quota, students must secure a minimum 6
CGPA in their Undergraduate programme. Otherwise, even after being shortlisted in the merit list,
they will not be eligible to get admission under that particular reservation category.

Class X, XII & UG Marksheets & Certificates.

EWS/SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWD Category Certificate, if applicable

Ration Card/ Income Certificate from the Local Revenue Circle officer, if applicable

Printout copy of duly signed Declaration Form attached herewith for students availing the fee
waiver scheme

Applicants who applied for Extra-Curricular Activity Quota (Sports/Art &
Culture/NCC/NSS/Rover & Ranger) need to submit a hard copy of the application form along with
supporting documents to the Convenor of the Admission Committee on or before 14 July 2025.
