Applications are invited for admission in

B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Course (4 years / 8 semesters) conducted at-
- BCKV, Mohanpur Campus;
- College of Agriculture, BCKV, Burdwan Sadar, Burdwan and
- College of Agriculture, BCKV, Susunia, Bankura;
B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture Course (4 years / 8 semesters) conducted at BCKV, Mohanpur Campus only

for the academic session 2026-27.

The candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 level) in the year 2026 or 2025 are only eligible to apply for admission in the UG courses for the academic session 2026-27.

The process of admission for the academic session of 2026-27 will be entirely online. Candidates can apply online through the University Admission Portal (www.bckv.edu.in ). A single application will cover both the B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Course (at three Campuses) and the B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture Course (at Mohanpur Campus) of this Viswavidyalaya. Counselling and provisional admission will be in online mode. Only final and mop-up counselling will be held in offline mode.

Age: Not less than 16 years as on 31/08/2026 (As per ICAR guideline)

WBSCVE&T (Vocational stream)	Passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) with English, Biology (Compulsory academic elective), Physics or Chemistry (Compulsory/Optional elective) and any 2 (two) ofthe following vocational subjects related with Agriculture and Horticulture. Subject Code: (FVPR / FRGPJ VGGR / PNMP / SMAG / CRNM / SPPR /JPPE /FMOP / FCPR). (Marks Obtaincd in all the live subjects should be out of 100) Percentage of Marks: At least 65% of mark in aggregate in the afore said 5 (five) subjects for General / OBC / EWS Candidates and 55% for SC / ST / PwD candidates. Note: Not applicable for ICAR candidates.
