Admissions of the candidates to be allotted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) through e-counseling, 2026

This is for the information of all concerned that the admissions of the candidates to be allotted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) through e-counseling [www.wbjeeb.nic.in ] from its merit list (WBJEE-2026) to 1st Semester, B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) course for the session 2026-27 will be made as per the relevant guidelines of WBJEEB with following schedule.

List of the documents required to be presented/submitted by the candidate(s) during admissions are furnished below. Candidates are requested to report physically with all the documents and fees for admissions as per the specified schedule. Admission will be made as per the relevant norms and guidelines of WBJEEB.
[Original documents and also one set of photocopies of all the certificates/mark sheets/documents duly self-attested].

• All the relevant mark sheet(s)/ certificates/ documents as uploaded by the candidate during e-counseling and registration for choice-filling.
• WBJEE Rank Card, Admit card of WBJEE-2026.
• Confirmation page of WBJEE-2026 as generated by WBJEEB.
• Proforma A1, Proforma A2 and Proforma-B as applicable for domicile certificate(s) as mentioned in Information Bulletin (WBJEE-2026) in favour of the candidate and duly signed by the competent authorities.
• Allotment letter, receipt(s) of fee payment and other documents, if any as generated by the WBJEEB [www.wbjeeb.nic.in] on line during e-counseling.
• Mark sheet, certificate and admit card of Madhyamik Pariksha (10th level)/ equivalent.
• Mark sheet and certificate of Higher Secondary Examination (10+2)/ equivalent.
• Relevant Certificates issued by the competent Authorities, in case of candidates under reservation categories. [SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ PWD/ TFW/ EWS]. Clause nos. 5.0 of WBJEE-2026-Information Bulletin is referred as applicable.
• Character certificate issued by the concerned Institute/ School last attended by the candidate and not older than six months from the date of reporting at BCKV.
• Aadhaar card, PAN card or EPIC/ Voter Identity Card of the candidate. In the absence of these cards of the candidate, the same cards of the Father/ Mother are required.
• Family income certificates issued by the competent Authorities and not older than six months from the date of reporting at BCKV.
• Four (4) nos. of passport size recent colour photographs of the candidates.
• An amount of Rs.22,500 / - (Rupees twenty two thousand and five hundred only) in cash is required during the admission for admission, tuition, semester fees, mess & hostel caution money etc as applicable.
• Other relevant documents, if any.

All the candidates are requested to follow the BCKV website (www.bckv.edu.in) for any change of schedule and other details, if any, due to unavoidable circumstances.
