Physical Verification and Hostel Admission for admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture/Horticulture and B.Tech. Agril. Engg. Courses, 2026-27

Important dates in connection with admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / Horticulture and B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering courses for the session 2026-27.

In continuation of earlier Notification No. Admission/UG/Ag-1(P-11)/L-149 dt-18/08/2026, this is inform all concerned that physical verification in respect of admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / Horticulture / B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering courses for the session 2026-27, will be held as per following schedule-

  List of candidates who have been provisionally admitted is enclosed as Annex-I, II and III.
  Venue: Convocation Hall, Administrative Building, BCKV, Mohanpur, Nadia, PIN:741252, West Bengal, India.
  Hostel Admission (Based on availability of Hostel Seat)
• Semester Fee to be paid (online mode only) at the time of physical verification.

• Hostel Admission of the candidates admitted to B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering will be held on 11/09/2026 from 02:00 P.M. onwards.
  - Venue: Convocation Hall, Administrative Building, BCKV, Mohanpur, Nadia, PIN:741252, West Bengal, India.
  - Hostel Admission (Based on availability of Hostel Seat)
• Route Direction:
  • Nearest Railway Station: Kanchrapara (Sealdah-Krishnagar Main Line, Eastern Railway). From railway station by bus (Route No. 22 and 88)/ by auto. Stoppage- BCKV Main Gate, Mohanpur.
  • Nearest Airport: Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Jessore Road, Dum Dum, Kolkata, West Bengal-700052. From Airport by train or by bus or other vehicle via NH-34 (now NH-12).
  • Nearest Bus Route: National Highway-34 (now NH-12) (Siliguri-Kolkata or Kolkata-Siliguri bus route), Stoppage Barajaguli. From Barajaguli by Auto/Toto/Bus to BCKV Main Gate, Mohanpur(approx. 5 minutes).
  N.B.: If there is any change in the above mentioned dates due to unavoidable circumstances, revised dates will be notified on the University Website.
