Important dates regarding online admission and physical verification for Admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture/Horticulture Courses, 2026-27

This is to notify all concerned that allotment of seats, online admission(s) through choice filling and physical verification in respect of adrnission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture/Horticulture courses for the academic session 2026-27, will be held as per schedule given below-

• Important information for candidates:
  • Admission will be conducted as per terms & conditions stipulated in the "BCKV Admission Brochure, Under Graduate Degree Programrne - 2026".
  • Seat allotment will be made strictly on the basis of: (a) General Merit Rank (GMR); (b) Reservation rules and category status ofthe candidate; (c) Availability of seats; and (d) Order ofchoices made by the candidate.
  • Candidates failing to take admission as per above mentioned schedule, will not be allowed to take admission at any later dare for rhe session 2026-27.
  • Candidates belonging to reserved categories shall also have the option to take admission under Unreserved (UR) category, with respect to his/her GMR, eligibility, eligibility and vacancy status. However, at a time only one seat will be allotted to a reserved category candidate according to availability of his/her preferred choice.
  • On subsequent vacancy, reserved category candidates who have already taken admission will be able to avail up-gradation based on the choice made by him/her at the time of filling the admission form.
  • Option for Up-gradation as per existing Choice List (if applicable) will be available only to those candidates, who has already taken admission as per allotment available to them other than his/her higher preference.
  • Candidates who were able to take admission in their prefened seat as per their 1st choice, will not be provided the option for up-gradation.
  • once a candidate choose "No" for up-gradation in next round, they will not be allowed up gradation any more.
  • Reserved category candidates who will opt for Unreserved Seat (UR) and take admission, will not be allowed for up-gradation under the reserved category seat/s.
  • No exha fee is required to be paid by any candidate for availing up-gradation.
  • Online Admission Process is available on University website (www.bckv.edu.in ).
• Documents required to be submitted/produced at the time of physical verification (original document, along with one self-attested photocopy in A4 sizr paper of each document, as applicable):

  6	Valid EWS certificate for EWS candidates should be issued by DM/ADM/SDO/DWO.
  7	Domicile Certificate issued by the concerned District Magistrate (DM) or Sub Divisional Officer (SDO).
  8	AADHAAR Card of the applicant.
  9	AADHAAR Card of parents (Father and Mother).
  10	2 (two) copies of Application Form submitted online.
  11	Blood Electrophoresis Report.
  12	School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate/ Migration Certificate/Character Certificate, as applicable.
  13	Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque.
  14	Provisional Admission Letter
  15	Recent 01 (one) copy passport size colour photograph with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
  16	Semester Fee to be paid (online mode only) at the time of physical verification. Break-up of semester fee is given below.
