Admission Notification for lateral entry to 3rd Semester B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering), 2026-27

This is for information of all concerned that the candidates allotted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) through counseling from its merit list (WBJELET-2026) for admission directly to 3rd Semester of B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) course at BCKV under lateral entry scheme for the session 2026-27 are advised to follow the guidelines and schedule (www.wbjeeb.nic.in ) furnished by the Board (WBJEEB) and accordingly to report at the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, BCKV, Mohanpur, Nadia as per the following schedule.

List of the documents required to be presented/submitted by the candidates before the Admission Committee during admission at BCKV are furnished below.
[In original and also one set of photocopies of all the certificates/mark sheets/documents duly self attested]

Valid Rank Card and admit card of WBJELET-2026.
Allotment letter issued by the WBJEEB during counseling in favour of the candidate(s).
Money-receipt and other documents, if any issued by WBJEEB during Counseling and allotment.
Proforma- a1 and Proforma-b for domicile certificate(s) as mentioned in Information Bulletin (WBJELET-2026) and as applicable in favour of the candidate and duly signed by the competent authorities.
All marksheets including final mark sheet and certificates of Diploma examination.
Mark sheets, Certificates and Admit cards of Madhyamik Pariksha (10th level)/equivalent.
All relevant criteria(s) as specified in the WBJELET-2026– Information Bulletin and Counselling Notification no. WBE/EX-57/2026 Dated: - 25/08/2026 as applicable.
Relevant certificates issued by the competent Authorities, in case of candidates under reservation categories [Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribes/OBC/EWS/PWD] as applicable.
Character certificate issued by the concerned Institute last attended by the candidate and not older than six months from the date of reporting at BCKV.
Aadhaar card or PAN card or EPIC/Voter Identity Card of the candidate.
Family income certificates issued by the competent Authorities and not older than six months from the date of reporting at BCKV.
Four nos. of passport size recent colour photographs of the candidates.
An amount of Rs. 22,500/- (Rupees twenty two thousand and five hundred only) in cash/Online required during the admission for admission fee, semester fee, Library fee, hostel fee including caution money, etc as applicable.
Other relevant documents, if any.
