• Applications are invited from eligible candidates having valid WBJEE-2026 rank for admission against the following vacancies to the afore mentioned course. The Applicants must clearly mention the WBJEE-2026 (General Merit Rank) in the forwarding letter along with the filled-in and duly signed application form in the specified format attached herewith.

• Eligibility:

  WBJEE-2026: Information Bulletin: Section- 3.1 and 3.3.3	a) Candidate must have the valid rank of WBJEE-2026.
  	b) The candidate must pass the Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the above four subjects in regular class mode.
  	c) The candidate must obtain at least 50% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC and PwD) in the above four subjects taken together.
  	d) The lower age limit is 17 (seventeen) years as of 31.12.2026. A candidate should have been born on or before 31.12.2009.
  	e) Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  	f) The Board of the said Qualifying Examination must be recognized by the Central Government or State Government concerned.

• Application Procedure:
  Candidates shall submit a signed application specifying name, contact details, WBJEE-2026 rank, category, qualifying examination marks and other relevant details as per the specified format by email to [admissionscholarship@bckv.edu.in].

  Note: The above schedule may be changed due to unforeseen situation, if any.
• Merit, Selection and Admission:
  Selection shall be category-wise, strictly on applicable WBJEE-2026 merit (General Merit Rank) subject to the fulfillment of other relevant criteria as applicable. No admission is guaranteed merely by application. Admission is subject to original-document verification, vacancy availability, medical examination, etc as required under applicable University rules, and payment of prescribed fees.
• Fees:
  Total amount payable at the time of admission: Rs. 27,500/- (Rupees twenty-seven thousand five hundred only), inclusive of application fee and admission-related charges as applicable. Mode of payment will be online/cash.
• Documents (originals and one set of self-attested copies):
  List of the documents required to be presented/submitted by the candidate(s) during admissions are furnished below. Candidates are requested to report physically with all the documents and fees for admissions as per the specified schedule. Admission will be made as per the relevant norms and guidelines of WBJEEB.

  • Rank Card, Admit card of WBJEEB-2026 and other relevant documents, if any issued by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB).
  • Confirmation page of WBJEE-2026 as generated by WBJEEB.
  • Proforma Al, Proforma A2 and Proforma-B as applicable for domicile certificate(s) as mentioned in Information Bulletin (WBJEE-2026) in favour of the candidate and duly signed by the competent authorities.
  • Mark sheet, certificate and admit card of Madhyamik Pariksha (10th level)/equivalent.
  • Mark sheet and certificate of Higher Secondary Examination (10+2)/equivalent.
  • Relevant Certificates issued by the competent Authorities, in case of candidates under reservation categories. [SC/ST/OBC/PWD/TFW/EWS]. Clause nos. 5.0 of WBJEE-2026-Information Bulletin is referred as applicable.
  • Character certificate issued by the concerned Institute/School last attended by the candidate and not older than six months from the date of reporting at BCKV.
  • Aadhar Card, PAN card or EPIC/Voter Identity Card of the candidate. In the absence of these cards of the candidate, the same cards of the Father/Mother are required.
  • Family income certificates issued by the competent Authorities and not older than six months from the date of reporting at BCKV.
  • Four (4) nos. of passport size recent colour photographs of the candidates.
  • Other relevant documents, if any.
