Offline Counselling and Admission for Master Degree Programme, 2025-26

In continuation of the earlier Notification vide no. A/Agril.PG-9 (Part-XIYL-1076, dated 25/09/2025 (PG Notification No.2/2025-26), it is notified to all concerned that the remaining vacant seats under Master Degree Programme, which are available after completion of up gradation process on 27/01/2026 at 11:30 P.M., shall be filled up through 4th & final round of offline counseling.

Vacant seat matrix is enclosed herewith in Annexure-I.

The 4th & final round of counselling for admission to Master's Degree Courses in the academic session 2025-26 will be held on 27/01/2026 at 12:00 Noon in the Convocation Hall, Administrative Building. BCKV, Mohanpur, Nadia.

General Instruction:

• During counseling the candidates shall have to opt the department for admission as per ranking and as per availability of seats. For all the seats reservation policy for admission will be followed as per W.B. Govt. norms.
• Admitted UR-PwD -> UR seats for both M.Sc. courses for the session 2025-26 wvill be available for up-gradation.
• The up-grade candidates under UR-PwD -> UR Would be required to give an undertaking that in the event of receiving any objection raised by the State Government or any directives from the court of law, at any later date, the admission may be cancelled. The University shall not have any liability in this respect.
• Hostel allotment will be carried out on the same date as per availability.
• Candidates failing to attend the counseling as per the above mentioned schedule, will not be allowed to take admission. The decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
• Venue: Convocation Hall, Administrative Building, BCKV, Mohanpur, Nadia, West Bengal, India.
