Candidates who appeared in the 2025 examination conducted by JCECEB, Ranchi, but have not yet been able to secure admission in any B.Ed. college of Jharkhand state for the session 2025–27, and who are willing to seek admission against vacant seats in the concerned affiliated / constituent colleges under Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh, may get themselves admitted as per the following timelines:

1. Date of application at the college: 15.04.2026 to 18.04.2026
2. Date for approval of the merit list by the University representative: by 21.04.2026
3. Date of admission: 22.04.2026 to 23.04.2026

Notes:

(i) Before applying, it is required to obtain information about the number of vacant seats in the college, which is attached with the notice and uploaded on the university website.
(ii) Candidates who have already submitted an application in light of the notification issued under University Memorandum No. VBU /CP/08/2023(Vol - II)/R/345/2026 dated 28.02.2026 are required to apply afresh.
(iii) Candidates shall ensure that after submitting the application at the college, a copy of it is also submitted to the Admission Cell of the university, so that even if their name is not included in the list submitted by the college, they may still be considered.
(iv) While preparing the merit list, it is mandatory to take into account the roster and the CML Rank.
(v) The new merit list of B.Ed. colleges shall be uploaded on the college website and the university website after approval by the university representatives.
