Notification & Prospectus for Ph.D. Admission 2026-27

Applications are invited for the Ph.D. programme in names of different subjects in different P.G. Departments of Berhampur University and Permanent Affiliated Colleges as mentioned in the Ph.D. Admission Prospectus for the session 2026-27.

Applicants those who have qualified in a national level examination conducted by UGC or CSIR and awarded NET (JRF)/ NET/ NET - Eligibility for Ph.D./GATE/MRIP and similar National/State Level Tests/Fellowships may be considered for the Ph.D. Programme – 2026-27 and shall be eligible to apply. Further, they are requested to visit the University Website www.buodisha.edu.in to download the application form and the Ph.D. Prospectus to be available from 10.09.2026 and send the filled-in application form along with the requisite fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only in the shape of SB Collect/Canara Easy Fee along with all relevant documents (self-attested) to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Berhampur University by registered / speed post latest by 01.10.2026 failing which the application shall not be considered as valid.

This notification does not confer any right for admission, and all admissions are subject to the availability of slots in the respective subjects and governed by the relevant provisions of the regulation in force.
