Note:-

1) Mere submission of Examination Form and Fee in the University by the students will not entitle them to be eligible to appear in the examination. It is the responsibility of the student to attend and complete required number of attendance in Theory/Practical/Seminar etc. to be eligible to appear in the examination failing which his/her Roll Number will be withheld and he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination. In such cases the examination fee already paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted for any future examination.
2) The examination Forms and Fee received after the last date (without late fee) due to any reason, will be accepted only with late fee as per Schedule.
3) In case of late declaration of result of same class where the student is not at fault, no late fee will be charged up to 10 days. Thereafter, applicable late fee will be charged.
4) If last date for submission of examination Form/Fee falls on holiday, the next working day will be treated as last date for the purpose.
5) The above dates mean submission of Exam Forms and Fee in the University Office.
6) The students who have applied for Re-evaluation are also required to submit the Examination Form as per above Schedule without waiting for the result of Re-evaluation.
