Refund of Caution Money (Session 2024-2025)

It is hereby notified to all concerned PG 4^th Semester students that applications for the refund of caution money will be issued and accepted up to 10^th June, 2026. The concerned students are requested to submit the following documents along with the duly filled caution money application form. The completed application form must be submitted to the Office of the Director of Students Welfare.

1. Online admission receipt of 1^st semester and for hostellers— both 1^st Semester money/fee receipt and hostel admission receipt.
2. A photocopy of the Bank passbook (preferably SBI Account)

N.B.: No application will be entertained after the last date. The application form may be collected from the Office of the Director of Students Welfare during office hours. Further, applicants are requested to fill out the Google Form by scanning the QR code provided below.
