Revised Hostel Admission Renewal Schedule for Academic Session 2026–27

It is hereby notified to all existing boarders of the Girls' and Boys' Hostels of Bodoland University that the schedule for hostel admission (renewal) for the academic session 2026–27 has been revised as follows:

All existing hostel boarders are hereby requested to complete the renewal process on the date specified above. The duly filled-in application forms must be verified by the respective Wardens before submission. The verified application forms along with the required documents and the prescribed renewal fee must be submitted to the Accounts Branch. Students are requested to ensure that all required information is correctly filled in and that the application forms are duly signed before submission.

Students who fail to complete the renewal process within the prescribed time on 15^th October, 2026 will be required to pay a late fine of Rs. 300/-. All concerned hostel boarders are requested to complete the renewal process accordingly.
