Revision & Collection of Girls Hostel Mess Fee

It is hereby informed to all concerned Hostel boarders, newly admitted students of the Integrated Masters Programme (FYIMP), BCA, BBA and PG programme (session 2026-27) that the monthly mess fee for the Girls' Hostel of Bodoland University has been revised and fixed at Rs. 1,800 (Rupees one thousand eight hundred rupees) only per student with effect from August 2026. The mess fee will be collected in advance for three months- August, September, and October 2026.

Schedule for Collection of Mess Fee-

1. Newly Admitted Students (Session 2026-27): Fresh students of the Integrated PG, BCA, BBA and PG programmes who have enrolled or will enroll for the Academic Session 2026–27. They will have to deposit the mess fee for the above mentioned three months at the time of hostel admission.
2. Existing Hostel Boarders: Hostel boarders are required to deposit the advance mess fee for the same three months to the concerned authority during the last week of July 2026, on or before 28^th July, 2026.

Therefore, all concerned students are requested to deposit the mess fee within the stipulated time to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of the hostel mess. Students are also requested to regularly follow the official hostel notices for updates regarding the mess fee collection. Your cooperation in making timely payments will be highly appreciated.
