Hostel Admission Renewal 2026-27

It is hereby notified to all existing hostel boarders of both the Girls' and Boys' Hostels of Bodoland University that the hostel admission (renewal) for the academic session 2026–27 shall be conducted as per the schedule given below:

All existing hostel boarders are required to complete the renewal process within the prescribed date. Duly filled-in application forms must be verified by the respective Wardens before submission. The verified application forms, along with the required documents and prescribed renewal fee, must be submitted to the Accounts Branch as per the schedule mentioned above. Students are requested to ensure that all necessary details are correctly filled in and that the application form is duly signed before submission.

Students who fail to complete the renewal process within the prescribed date will be required to pay the late fine of Rs. 300/- on the specified late admission date.
