This is for general information of all concerned that the candidates who have qualified the Ph. D Entrance Test-2026 and the candidates who have already cleared the NET/CSIR NET Examinations conducted by NTA in the month of December, 2024 and June, 2025, and the marks are above the cut offs are hereby informed to appear before the DRC in the respective Departments along with original documents as scheduled below:

NB:

  1. Concerned HoDs/DRC, Chairpersons are hereby requested to make necessary arrangement for the same and submit the final merit list to the undersigned on the same day.
  2. NET/CSIR NET examination qualified candidates, who cleared the examination conducted by NTA during December, 2024 and June, 2025 are hereby advised to bring their original documents along with NET Certificate and the Score Card.
  3. NCL Certificate is mandatory for OBC Category.
  4. Date for Ph.D. Viva/ Personal Interview notified earlier dated 6th March, 2026 stands cancelled.
