B.Ed. 1st Semester Examination Schedule 2026

It is hereby notified to all concerned Principal/TIC/OIC/HOI of the Colleges/Institutions affiliated under BSAEU that filling up of examination forms, payment of examination fees, issuance of admit cards and submission of marks for the examinees of B. Ed. 1st Semester Regular (Session: 2025-27), B.Ed. 1st Semester Supplementary-I (Session: 2024-26) & B.Ed. 1st Semester Supplementary-II (Session: 2023-25) will be done via online portal as per the following schedule. User ID and Password will remain same.

Examinations Fees for B.Ed. 1st Semester Regular Examination, 2025-27

Examination Fees for 1st Semester Supplementary-I (Session: 2024-26) & B.Ed. 1st Semester Supplementary-II (Session: 2023-25) (Payable by the candidate)

Examination Fee for one Supplementary Paper Rs. 400/-
Examination Fee for two Supplementary Papers Rs.600/-
Examination Fee for all Supplementary Papers (Theoretical) Rs.700/-
Examination Fee for all Supplementary Papers (Theoretical & Practicum) Rs.900/- (Rs. 200/- to be retained by the college)

* Attendance condonation fee is to be given by the candidates with attendance below 80% but not below 50% in theory papers and below 90% but not below 50% in practicum papers. Candidates with attendance below 50% in any of the Theory papers/Practicum papers are not eligible for appearing at the examinations.

All students are advised to write their Examination Papers in any one of the languages already approved by the University i.e., English, Bengali or Hindi. It is to be mentioned here that every student has to write answers throughout an entire course/paper in any one of these languages. Answering in one particular course/paper using more than one language is not allowed and will be considered as a cancelled paper.

Schedules of Theory Examinations and External Evaluation of Practicums will be notified separately.



Note:
  • An amount of Rs.200/- per candidate to be retained by the college for meeting up the expenditure of Practicum Examinations including remuneration and conveyance of External Examiner as prescribed by the University. Rs.600/- (Rs.800.00-Rs.200.00) per candidate is to be paid by the College/Institution to the university through SB Collect.
  • Spot payment of remuneration and TA is to be made to the External Examiner by the College/Institution.
  • Hospitality and Contingencies for the Practical Examinations are to be met up from the retained fund.
  • The Practicum Examination fee retained at the College/Institution over the expenditure to meet up the remuneration, conveyance and hospitality of the External Evaluators will have to be distributed to the Internal Evaluators and to the Non-teaching staff.
  • An utilisation certificate of the fund retained at the College/Institution for the External Practicum Examinations along with the copies of vouchers will have to be submitted at the Controller of Examinations, BSAEU's Office immediately after completion of the examinations.

The total amount of Examination Fees will have to be deposited by the College/Institution following the below-mentioned steps and the link shared there.
