Notice regarding Provisional Degree Certificate

With respect to issuance of Provisional Degree Certificates, followings are hereby notified for everybody concerned:

  • Provisional Degree Certificates are being issued from the Department of Controller of Examinations, BSAEU throughout the year. Hence, all are advised to apply for the same well in advance.
  • Provisional Degree Certificates have no expiry date. It is valid until a student gets the Final Degree Certificate from BSAEU during Convocation. Otherwise, applicants need to establish their claims for issuance of a Duplicate Provisional Degree Certificate.
  • The time for issuance of Provisional Degree Certificate from the Department of Controller of Examinations, BSAEU is 11.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. sharp on every working day (except in case of exigencies) at the University.
