Notification for B.Ed. 2^nd Semester Grade Cards Distribution

All the Principal/ TIC/ OIC/HOD of affiliated Colleges/Institutions under this University are hereby notified that Grade Cards of B. Ed 2^nd Semester [Regular (Session: 2024-26) and Supplementary-I (Session 2023-25)] Examinations will be delivered from the office of the Controller of Examinations, from 08.07.2026 (Wednesday) to 11.07.2026 (Saturday) from 11.00a.m. to 4.30 p.m. each day.

A proper authorization letter is required to receive the Grade Cards of respective colleges /Institutions, after content verification. An authorization letter sent via email will not be accepted.

In this regard, you are requested to email only at (wbuttepacoe@gmail.com) , all the INC and/ or RW cases related to these B.Ed. 2^nd Semester students by 4.00 pm of 14.07.2026 (Tuesday) after going through the hardcopies of the Grade Cards. Intimation sent after this date may not be considered due to operational difficulties.

Colleges/Institution which have already emailed in this regard on the basis of web publications of the B.Ed. 2^nd Semester results (vide Notification No. BSAEU/COE/0127/2026, dated 23.06.2026), are requested to resend their updated intimations on the basis of this notice.

Grade Cards for B.Ed. 2^nd Semester Supplementary-II (Session: 2022-24) Examinations will be distributed shortly for which web publication of the results was done as per notification no BSAEU/COE/0130/2026, dated 29.06.2026.
