NOTICE FOR EXTENDED REGISTRATION TO B.Ed. PROGRAMME (2025-27)

It is hereby notified to all concerned Principal / T I C of the affiliated colleges under BSAEU, including the University Department that for filling up of Registration forms via online portal, User ID and Password will remain the same.

• Date of submission of Registration Form via online portal is: From 10.06.2026 to 15.06.2026.
• The following documents are to be submitted physically by the colleges, in the University Campus as per Annexure-A (This date will not be extended as follows).

1. Online Registration Form (downloaded from online portal) with original signature of students and The Head of the Institution.
2. Self-attested photocopies of Admit Card of 10^th standard.
3. Self-attested photocopies of all Mark sheets of Graduation (Part I/Part II/Part III or all Semesters)
   *Also submit Conversion Certificate with all Mark sheets for CBCS Mark sheets.
4. Self-attested photocopies of all Mark sheets of Post-Graduation (Part I/Part II or all Semesters)
   *Also submit Conversion Certificate with all Mark sheets for CBCS Mark sheets.
5. Self-attested photocopy of SC / ST / PWD / OBC-A / OBC-B Certificate.
6. Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
7. Migration certificate, in original (Migration number and issue date put in B2 Format).
8. Migration number along with AADHAAR number should be entered in the respective place of the online form.
9. If Deputed (Joining Letter with D.I. Permission)
10. Others Documents (any correction in Registration form, Marriage Certificate with affidavit of 1^st Class Judicial Magistrate etc.)

• Registration fee (to be paid through online by SBI Collect): Rs. 500.00 per student. (Students already registered under this University will not be required to pay the Registration fee. However, all such candidates will be required to fill in the Registration form and submit requisite testimonials as above for documentation.)
• The total amount of Registration fees to be collected from the students (Rs. 500.00 per student) and to be deposited by the college through SBI Collect ( https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=898879 ) in a single transaction for the whole amount.

• A college will submit the application forms for Registration of all the candidates at a time in a cover file mentioning the college name and code along with a forwarding letter and two sets of submitted candidate list (download from online portal) with correction, including Method subject correction (if any) with serial number be maintained as per submission list, SBI payment receipt should be submitted.
• Date of Payment for Registration fees from 10.06.2026 to 15.06.2026 (Online payment up to 11:30 p.m.).
