It is hereby notified for all concerned Principal/TIC/OIC/Co-ordinator/HOD of all affiliated Institutions under BSAEU are requested to collect rectified Grade Cards of B.Ed. 1^st and 2^nd Semester (Session: 2023-2025). Colleges must alter the grade card after submission of old Grade Card (having printing error in the Grade and Grade Specification Table; instead of 69.99 it was printed as 60.99) with respect to the new one from the students. After collection of all old Grade cards (with printing error) you are requested to submit/return back these old Grade cards to the University. After receiving the new Grade cards, please distribute the grade cards to your students as early as possible. The previous grade card of B.Ed. 1^st and 2^nd Semester (Session: 2023-2025) should stand cancelled after delivery of the new grade card by you to your student. So, you are requested to upkeep the alteration record also during distribution so that it can be used in future reference.

A Proper authorization must be needed for the collection of grade cards.

An authorization via email or telephone will not be entertained during delivery of Grade cards.
