BTech Admission 2026 Application Form Instructions

Important Instructions to fill Application Form for admission in B.Tech.Programmes (CSE, Civil & ECE) of the University Institute of Engineering & Technology (UIET), Janglote, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu.

Application form along with all other relevant details are available on the website of UIET https://uiet.kathuacampus.in/
Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
Application form can be download from the website https://uiet.kathuacampus.in/
The Candidates are advised to fill the application form properly and accurately in capital letters.
Candidates may please note that changes are not allowed in the application form, once it is submitted. It is also advised that the working Email-Id and Contact numbers must be provided for future correspondence.
Candidates have to pay fee in online/offline mode as per the details mentioned in the admission notification.
After filling the application form candidates have to convert the application form along with all the relevant documents and proof of the payment (as mentioned in the admission notification) in a single PDF file.
The size of PDF file should not exceed 5MB.
Thereafter the candidates have to submit the PDF file of the complete application form along with relevant documents through E-mail at uietkc@jammuuniversity.ac.in
An acknowledgement shall be sent to the candidates on the E-mail id from which the form has been submitted as proof that his application form has been received by the office of the UIET
Candidates must note that they shall be allotted seat in the order of merit and their merit in particular branch based upon their merit and preference opted by them.
