Direct/Spot Admission against Vacant Seats
in B.Tech. II Year (LEEP), MBA/ MBA Agri Business I and II Year (lateral entry) for Session 2026-27

In continuation of the admission process, applications are invited from eligible candidates for Direct / Spot Admission against the remaining vacant seats in various courses for the academic session 2026–27.

1. Schedule & Venue of Reporting:

   Date of Reporting: September 02, 2026, Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM (Late entry will strictly not be entertained for merit list generation), Venue: Seminar / Digital Hall (First Floor, Department of CSE, E-Block), BTU Campus, Bikaner

2. Mandatory Reporting & Allotment Conditions
   • Physical Presence Required: The candidate must be physically present on 02/09/2026 at the venue. Reporting by proxy, parents, or guardians in place of the candidate will strictly not be accepted.
   • Merit-Based Allotment: Seat allotment will be conducted on the same day (02/09/2026) strictly on an inter-se merit and reservation basis (as per CAP guidelines) from among the candidates physically reported.




3. Document Verification & Instant Online Fee Deposition: Seat allotment is subject to successful physical verification of documents. Candidates must bring all original certificates along with two self-attested sets of photocopies as per CAP-2026 guideline. Upon seat allotment, the candidate must immediately deposit the full online fee on the spot. Candidates must ensure they have active online banking, UPI facilities with sufficient transaction limits prior to reporting. Failure to pay the full fee immediately upon allotment will result in automatic cancellation of the seat, which will then be offered to the next candidate on the merit list.
