Note:

1. From 01.05.2026, examination forms can be filled with an additional late fee of ₹100 per day, which will be valid only until one week before the commencement of the examination.

2. Examination fee: ₹2050/-

3. For Semester – 4 only: Examination fee ₹2050/-, Original Certificate fee ₹600/-, Provisional Certificate fee ₹150/- – total ₹2800/- payable.

4. Examinees who are absent in the internal examination shall not fill the examination form.

5. Examination forms will not be accepted under any circumstances after the above-mentioned date.

6. The examination form must be filled online at www.vbuuniv.in /www.vbu.ac.in. Please read the following instructions carefully before filling the form:
a) New applicants must click on the "Registration for New User" link, which will open the "Create User" page.
b) All information marked with an asterisk (*) on the "Create User" page is mandatory.
c) Applicants must enter their Registration Number and use their University Roll Number as the username. This will be verified by the system.
d) Applicants who do not have a valid email ID must create one before creating a new "User". Applicants must also ensure that the email ID and password are kept secure for future reference.
e) An OTP will be sent to your mobile number to confirm the creation of the new "User". Enter that OTP to confirm.
f) Before proceeding, keep a scanned copy of your passport-sized photograph and signature ready. The size of the scanned photo and signature should be between 20 KB to 50 KB each and in JPEG format. The signature must be made with a black ink ballpoint pen only.
g) Upload the photograph and signature and proceed to fill out the form.
h) After completing the "Create User" page, click on the "Sign up" button at the bottom of the page.
i) Before paying the examination fee, check that all columns have been filled correctly.
j) No modifications of any kind are possible after the final submission.
