For those subjects taught in constituent and affiliated colleges under Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh, for which the Chancellor Portal was not opened for applications in light of University Memorandum No. VBU/CP/01 (Vol.-VI)/26/R/2169/26 dated 06.10.2026, candidates who have already applied earlier through the Chancellor Portal after paying ₹300/- but have not yet secured admission in any college under Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh, are hereby given a final opportunity for admission

Such candidates may submit a written application along with the Payment receipt of ₹300/- and the 12th standard Marksheet to the concerned college by 15.10.2026. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of seat availability, keeping in view merit and the reservation policy.
