Documents Required for Verification

Printed copy of the Admission Form
Students must submit a duly filled Undertaking Form (attached) at the time of admission confirmation.
Photocopy of Caste Certificate (original for verification)
Photocopy of Reservation Certificate (original for verification)
Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for all reserved category students except SC & ST
Photocopy of Special Category Certificate (original for verification)
Provisional admission is subject to submission of hard copies of mark sheets and other relevant certificates.
For CGPA-based results, upload a Conversion Sheet signed by the competent authority to calculate Merit Index.
