A student does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, s/he will not be considered for admission, even if he/she is provisionally selected for admission.
All admissions are provisional.

Date and time of Verification and Admission: July 10, 2026 at 11:30 A.M.
Venue: Prof. Anita Banerjee Memorial Hall (Ground Floor, U.G Arts Building, Jadavpur University, Kolkata - 32).
The seats will be filled up in order of merit. If any candidate fails to appear on the specified date and time for verification/admission, the next candidate in order of merit will be considered for admission. The process will continue till the seats are filled up. The candidate absent on 10/07/2026, will also NOT be considered for admission against vacancy (if any) at a later date. The rest of the candidates are advised to record their attendance.
Students are to report to the Office of the Head, Department of Physical Education immediately after the admission.
Classes will commence on and from 20/07/2026 at 12:00 Noon.

Fees (for the first year) to be paid at the time of admission (by cash/card):

Admission charges:

Hostel fees to be paid at the time of reporting to the Hostel.

If a student cancels his/her admission, he/she may apply for refund of the fees. The fees will be refunded as per the D.O no.-F.2-71/2022 (CPP-II) dated 03/7/2023) by UGC. Refund of fees may take some time.
