Provisional Merit Lists for admission to Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) Course, 2026-27

• The Merit lists are provisional and is subject to:
  - the fulfilling of the eligibility criteria as notified earlier.
  - the verification of the equivalence of marks/degree from other universities to those of this university, where applicable.
  - correction in the merit position due to error, if any.
• a student does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, s/he will not be considered for admission, even if he/she is provisionally selected for admission.
• All admissions are provisional.

• Date and time of counselling and admission: August 11, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
• Venue: Office of the Head, Department of Physical Education, Jadavpur University, Kolkata - 700032.
• If a candidate fails to appear on the specified date and time for counselling, the next candidate in order of merit will be considered for admission. The candidate absent on 11/08/2026, will also NOT be considered for admission against vacancy (if any) at a later date. The process will continue till the seats are filled up. The rest of the candidates are advised to record their attendance.
• If a provisionally selected candidate is already admitted to any other college/university and is pursuing a day-course there, s/he will be required to submit the proof (at the time of counselling/admission at Jadavpur University) of de-registering/cancellation from that course.
• Classes will commence on and from 12/08/2026 at 12:00 Noon.
• Fees to be deposited by Cash/Card/Online at the time of admission
